These terms apply when you use amandablove.com ("the Site"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Your Account

You need an account to access member content. When you sign up, please use accurate information and keep your password safe. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.

Don't share your login with others. If you think someone else has accessed your account, let us know right away at hello@amandablove.com.

Memberships & Payments

We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans. Payments are processed through PayPal. When you subscribe, you authorise recurring payments until you cancel.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
• You can cancel anytime from your account page. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. Contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
• Prices may change, but we'll give you notice before your next renewal.

One-off Purchases

Some videos can be bought individually. These are one-time payments, once you buy a video, it's yours to watch for as long as the Site is running. One-off purchases are non-refundable once you've started watching.

What You Can & Can't Do

All content on the Site belongs to Amanda B Love. Your membership gives you a personal licence to watch, nothing more. Please don't:

• Download, record, screenshot, or copy any content.
• Share, redistribute, or upload content anywhere else.
• Share your account login with anyone.
• Use the Site for anything illegal or harmful.

Breaking these rules may result in your account being suspended or terminated without a refund.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Our Rights

We can:

• Change, pause, or stop any part of the Site at any time.
• Remove or modify content without notice.
• Suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
• Update these terms, we'll post changes here and the date at the top will change.

Liability

The Site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We're not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from using (or not being able to use) the Site.
